The status an EAEU citizen needs to found or join a Kazakh LLP. We arrange the residence permit and the company under one agreement, with no gaps between the stages.
A Kazakhstan business immigrant residence permit is required for citizens of Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and other EAEU countries who set up an LLP in Kazakhstan or become one of its participants. Under current rules, a foreigner without this status (or without permanent residence) cannot found a company. The procedure has two steps: first a short initial permit, then the LLP registration and an extension of the permit based on the operating company.
We run both processes together, so the permit and the LLP registration can be covered by one agreement. You will need to be present in person a few times: to file documents, give biometrics and obtain an IIN and a digital signature. Everything else we prepare remotely. Citizens of countries outside the EAEU usually get a C5 business immigrant visa instead; we will tell you which route is yours during the consultation.
Personal presence is required for filing, biometrics, the IIN and the digital signature.
For citizens of EAEU countries (Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and others). Citizens of other countries need a C5 visa instead of this permit.
The initial permit is issued for a short period and extended after the LLP is registered; timing depends on the migration service.
Timelines are approximate: government agencies, consulates and banks set them.
Our service fee is from $1,200. Government fees, translations, insurance and other mandatory costs are paid separately; we send the full estimate before you sign.

If you are a foreigner without permanent residence, no. The business immigrant status comes first, then the company registration. That is why we handle both stages under one agreement: there are no pauses between them.
Yes. Filing, biometrics, the IIN and the digital signature all require you in person. We handle the founding documents, the legal address and the file preparation remotely, and plan your visits so there are as few of them as possible.
The initial permit is issued for a short period, long enough to register the business. Once the LLP is registered, it is extended on the basis of the operating company. Exact terms depend on the migration service, so we plan visits and filing with a margin, so your status does not run out before the company is ready.
Most often because the company is not doing business, or its documents do not show real activity. We tell you in advance what will help at the extension: contracts, turnover and reporting.
Yes. An EAEU citizen buying a share also needs a business immigrant permit, so the order is the same: status first, then the deal. We check the charter, the other participants' pre-emptive rights and the required consents, draft the share purchase agreement and handle the re-registration.
No. Decisions are made by government agencies, consulates and banks. We are responsible for preparing and checking documents, filing and support, and we tell you about the risks upfront.
We will check whether the program fits your citizenship, income and family, and send an estimate with the full list of costs.
