We handle company disputes at every court level and see judgments through enforcement: we help creditors collect under a writ of execution and help debtors protect their rights.
A litigation lawyer in Kazakhstan is most useful before the lawsuit, not after it. Many disputes are settled at the claim-letter stage when the position is prepared and backed by documents. If the case does go to court, we assess your prospects, build a strategy and represent you at every level: first instance, appeal and beyond when it makes sense. We set our fee after reviewing the documents, because it depends on the type of dispute, the amount claimed and the number of court levels involved.
Winning in court is only half the job: the money still has to be collected. In enforcement proceedings we work on both sides. For creditors, we follow the case under the writ of execution and push for real collection steps. For debtors, we check whether the enforcement is lawful, challenge violations and negotiate a repayment arrangement. State fees and the cost of expert examinations are paid separately.
Our service fee is on request. Government fees, translations, insurance and other mandatory costs are paid separately; we send the full estimate before you sign.
With documents. You send the contract, correspondence, acceptance certificates and payment records, and we assess the prospects, risks and costs: state fees, expert examinations and time. Only then do you decide whether to go to court, negotiate or send a claim letter. Our fee for the case is fixed in the engagement agreement.
Often, yes. A well-drafted claim letter with supporting documents and a clear calculation frequently leads to payment or to negotiations. If the counterparty does not respond, we move on to a lawsuit, and the claim letter you have already sent works in your favor.
Yes. We support enforcement proceedings on the creditor's side: we monitor progress, request information about the debtor's assets and push for actual collection steps. Keep in mind that the result also depends on whether the debtor has anything to collect.
Yes. We check whether the enforcement is lawful, challenge violations in the proceedings and help agree on a repayment schedule. Sometimes a calm arrangement works better for both sides than frozen bank accounts. We agree every step with you in advance.
Yes. We represent companies with foreign shareholders as well as non-residents, and we work with documents in English. A non-resident should arrange a power of attorney early, with an apostille or legalization and a translation. We translate and review English documents ourselves.
Largely, yes. Document preparation and correspondence are handled remotely, and our lawyer attends hearings under a power of attorney. Your personal participation is rarely needed, mainly to give explanations if the court asks for them.
No. Decisions are made by government agencies, consulates and banks. We are responsible for preparing and checking documents, filing and support, and we tell you about the risks upfront.
We will check whether the program fits your citizenship, income and family, and send an estimate with the full list of costs.
