A visa invitation from a Kazakh company or a private individual for a business, work or private visa. We check the inviting party and the purpose of the trip, prepare the petition and support the process until your guest arrives.
A Kazakhstan visa invitation is needed when the guest is a citizen of a country whose nationals require a visa to enter. Citizens of visa-free countries generally do not need one. The inviting party files a petition through the electronic services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and once it is approved, the guest receives the visa at a Kazakh embassy or consulate. Invitations are issued for business trips, work, business immigration and private visits to relatives or friends.
Most often a petition is returned not because of the guest but because of the inviting party: the company has no valid electronic digital signature (EDS), has tax debts, or the purpose of the visit does not fit its business. So the first thing we check is the inviting party; then we choose the visa category and prepare the documents.
Our service fee is on request. Government fees, translations, insurance and other mandatory costs are paid separately; we send the full estimate before you sign.
The inviting party, a company or a private individual, files a petition through the Ministry of Internal Affairs electronic services: depending on the case, elicense.kz, e-Qonaq or egov.kz. Once it is approved, the guest receives the visa at a Kazakh embassy or consulate. We prepare the data and support the review.
As a rule, no: they enter Kazakhstan without a visa, so an invitation is not needed for short trips. If they plan to stay longer than the permitted period, a temporary residence permit is arranged instead. We will check the rule for your guest's citizenship.
Yes, for a private visit. The inviting party can be a Kazakh citizen or a foreigner who permanently resides in the country. You need to confirm the purpose of the visit and, after the guest arrives, file an arrival notice.
To ensure the guest stays legally: file the arrival notice on time, make sure the guest's activities match the purpose of the visit, and see that the guest leaves on time. Violations lead to fines and can complicate future invitations.
We look at the reason for the refusal, fix the documents or adjust the purpose and visa category, and then file the petition again. Sometimes the problem lies with the company itself, for example a tax debt, and that has to be resolved first.
No. Work requires a work visa and the employer's permit to hire foreign labor. If the guest will be working, we arrange a C3 work visa from the start, not a business visa.
No. Decisions are made by government agencies, consulates and banks. We are responsible for preparing and checking documents, filing and support, and we tell you about the risks upfront.
We will check whether the program fits your citizenship, income and family, and send an estimate with the full list of costs.
