We take over bookkeeping and taxes for LLPs and sole proprietors under any tax regime, from the simplified regime to the general regime with VAT. We know companies with foreign founders, IT businesses, Astana Hub participants and AIFC companies especially well.
Accounting services in Kazakhstan mean more than filing returns. They cover primary documents, electronic invoices, electronic waybills (SNT) and acts of completed work, payroll and HR records, responses to desk audit notices and, for companies in foreign trade, currency control. In 2026 the rules got stricter. The standard VAT rate is 16%, and anyone whose turnover since the start of the year exceeds 43.25 million tenge must register for VAT. A subsidiary in which a foreign legal entity holds more than 25% can only use the general tax regime, and consulting, marketing, accounting and legal services can no longer use the simplified regime.
We calculate the cost from a short questionnaire: tax regime, number of transactions, employees and currency contracts. The quote is usually ready within one business day, the rate depends on the type of company, and it is fixed in the contract. Your company gets one dedicated manager, and every month you receive a summary of what has been filed, what has been paid and what is coming up.
We usually prepare a quote within one business day; bookkeeping is then provided monthly under the contract.
Timelines are approximate: government agencies, consulates and banks set them.
Our service fee is from $400 per month. Government fees, translations, insurance and other mandatory costs are paid separately; we send the full estimate before you sign.
Recording and checking primary documents, e-invoices, tax reporting under your regime, payroll and payroll taxes, monitoring the VAT threshold, and responses to tax notices. For companies in foreign trade, we also handle documents for currency contracts. The exact scope is fixed in the contract.
Yes. We serve sole proprietors under the general regime and special tax regimes. The scope of work for a sole proprietor is usually smaller, so the rate is calculated separately from the questionnaire. A sole proprietor can join from any month.
Yes. First we look at the current state of your books: what has been filed, what has not, and whether there are any notices. If we find gaps, we suggest restoring the records for past periods so the books can be kept without old loose ends.
Yes, it is one of our specialties. We take into account the tax regime limits for subsidiaries of foreign legal entities, currency control, taxes on payments to non-residents and reporting for the parent company. We also track the deadlines for currency contract registration numbers.
Yes. For Astana Hub participants we keep separate accounting and prepare participant reporting; for AIFC companies we handle taxes under the general rules and filings with the AIFC registrar. These companies have their own rates, which we confirm after the questionnaire.
Yes. We can act as chief accountant, handle only payroll or only reporting, and leave the rest to your specialist. The division of responsibility is set out in the contract. That way your specialist stays on board and the complex areas are covered.
No. Decisions are made by government agencies, consulates and banks. We are responsible for preparing and checking documents, filing and support, and we tell you about the risks upfront.
We will check whether the program fits your citizenship, income and family, and send an estimate with the full list of costs.
