A residence permit for the duration of your studies at an accredited Spanish institution. We help you choose a program, get proof of enrollment and file the documents for you and your family.
A Spain student visa is one of the clearest ways to move to the country legally if you are ready to study. The case rests on enrollment at an accredited institution and the enrollment certificate (Matrícula). Once the course is paid, the certificate is usually issued within 7–10 business days. Then the residence application is filed, and the decision takes approximately 1–2 months. Family members can move with the student, and after graduation you can switch to a residence permit that allows work.
Since May 20, 2025, Spain has had new immigration regulations, and the conditions for students have changed. Not every program that qualified before works now. That is why we check the accreditation and study format first, and only then do you pay for the course.
The Matrícula certificate usually takes 7–10 business days after payment; the residence decision usually takes 1–2 months.
Timelines are approximate: government agencies, consulates and banks set them.

Students in Spain are allowed to work limited hours, as long as the work does not interfere with their studies. The exact conditions depend on your program and status. We will go over them before filing so a part-time job does not cause problems at renewal.
Yes, your spouse and children can get status together with you or later. That requires more funds in your account and proof of family ties with an apostille and sworn translation. We take your family into account from the start.
You can switch from student status to a residence permit that allows work: employment, self-employment or the post-graduation job search status. It is a separate procedure inside Spain, and we handle it too.
