Business Plan Review for the Spain Startup Visa

For founders who write their business plan themselves: we read it the way an evaluator would, show you the weak spots and check your edits before it is uploaded to ENISA.

EntrepreneursStartups

The Spain startup visa business plan is the key document of the whole application. It is evaluated by the ENISA agency: how innovative the project is, whether it can scale, whether there is a market and whether the numbers are realistic. A negative evaluation closes this route to residence, and fixing mistakes after it takes longer than before filing. That is why many founders write the plan themselves and hand it to us for review. The review takes a few days: we look at content and structure, give feedback and check how you have addressed our comments.

This is a separate service for founders who already have a project and a plan. If you need support all the way, from the plan to the TIE card, see our full startup visa package. If your plan is ready and you already have the ENISA evaluation, you can order only the filing with the UGE. We will tell you which format you need.

Who it is for

  • Founders who wrote their business plan themselves
  • Teams that received comments and are reworking their plan
  • Founders who want to lower the risk of a negative ENISA evaluation
  • Entrepreneurs who want an outside view of their financial model

Requirements

  • A finished or nearly finished business plan
  • A financial plan: revenue, costs, investment and jobs created
  • A description of the team and each founder's role
  • A clear idea of who your customers are and how the project will reach the market

What we do

  • Check whether the plan answers the questions ENISA asks
  • Assess innovation and scalability the way an evaluator sees them
  • Review the financial plan: realistic numbers and the logic behind revenue and costs
  • Check the structure and presentation of the document
  • Give written feedback with specific edits
  • Review the revised version and confirm that the comments have been addressed

Key documents

  • The current version of the business plan
  • Financial model or spreadsheets with your calculations
  • Founders' CVs
  • Project presentation, if you have one

How it works

  1. Materialsbusiness plan, financial model and team CVs
  2. Reviewcontent, numbers and presentation, usually a few days
  3. Feedbackwritten comments and recommendations
  4. Editsyou revise the plan and we check the new version
  5. Ready for ENISAthe plan can be uploaded to the platform

Timeline

The review usually takes a few days once we have all the materials; your edits and our second check take additional time.

Timelines are approximate: government agencies, consulates and banks set them.

What to watch out for

  • A review reduces the risk of mistakes, but ENISA makes the evaluation, and the outcome depends on the project itself
  • If the idea is not innovative, editing the text will not save it, and we will tell you so directly
  • Numbers without justification are a frequent comment, so have sources ready for your calculations
  • Review time depends on how complete the materials are: without a financial model it is hard to assess the plan

FAQ

How much does it cost?

Our service fee is from $1,500. Government fees, translations, insurance and other mandatory costs are paid separately; we send the full estimate before you sign.

Why have my Spain startup visa business plan reviewed?

The ENISA evaluation is the first filter on the way to residence. If the plan does not show innovation, a market and realistic numbers, the evaluation will be negative. A review before filing helps you find weak spots while they are still easy to fix.

How long does the review take?

Usually a few days from the moment we receive all the materials. Your edits and our second check take extra time. The more complete the original plan, the faster the work goes and the fewer rounds of edits you need.

Will you rewrite the plan for me?

No. In this service we review the plan and give feedback, and you make the edits. If you need help writing the plan or support for the whole process, the full startup visa package is the right fit.

What are the most common mistakes?

A vague description of the innovation, no market or competitor analysis, a financial plan with no justification for the numbers, and unclear founder roles. ENISA may read any of these against you, so we look at them first.

What happens after the review?

You upload the plan to the ENISA platform yourself or ask us to do it. After a positive evaluation you can apply for residence with the UGE, which we handle separately or as part of the full package.

What if ENISA has already given a negative evaluation?

We go through the comments and decide whether the project can be improved. Sometimes it is enough to strengthen the financial plan and market description; sometimes the model itself has to change. We review the new version of the plan before it is uploaded again.

Do you guarantee the result?

No. Decisions are made by government agencies, consulates and banks. We are responsible for preparing and checking documents, filing and support, and we tell you about the risks upfront.
