Spain Startup Visa Application With a Ready File

For founders who already have a positive ENISA evaluation and their documents in hand. We check the file and submit your application to the UGE online.

EntrepreneursStartups

The Spain startup visa application is the last step before the residence decision. If your business plan has already passed the ENISA evaluation and your certificates, translations and insurance are ready, what remains is to file the application with the UGE carefully and follow the case. Mistakes at this stage are especially frustrating: a form filled in wrongly or a document without a sworn translation delays the decision by weeks. We check your file, submit the application online and track any requests. We can usually file about 3 days after receiving the complete set of documents.

This service is for founders who have done the preparation themselves. If something is missing, such as the ENISA evaluation, the business plan or some of the documents, look at our full startup visa package or the separate business plan review. We will tell you which option covers what you lack and will not sell you anything you do not need.

You need to be in Spain legally at the time of filing.

Timelines are approximate: government agencies, consulates and banks set them.

What to watch out for

  • An expired criminal record certificate or one without an apostille is a common reason for a request
  • Less money in the account than the amount required for the whole family is grounds for refusal
  • Without an ENISA evaluation, you cannot apply on this basis
  • A UGE request must be answered on time: missing the deadline can lead to refusal

FAQ

How much does it cost?

Our service fee is from $450. Government fees, translations, insurance and other mandatory costs are paid separately; we send the full estimate before you sign.

What do I need for a Spain startup visa application?

A positive ENISA evaluation, criminal record certificates with an apostille and translation, proof of funds for the whole family, Spanish health insurance without co-payments and legal stay in Spain. We will check everything else against your file and give you a list of what is missing.

How quickly do you file the application?

Approximately 3 days after we receive the complete set. If the documents have issues, the date moves by the time needed to fix them. The UGE review usually takes 45–60 days, and the TIE card takes some more time after that.

What if I do not have an ENISA evaluation?

Then it is too early to file: first you need a positive evaluation of your business plan. For that, the business plan review or the full startup visa package, where we take the project from idea to residence card, is the right fit.

Do I have to be in Spain when the application is filed?

Yes, we handle filing from Spain, so you must be in the country legally at the time, for example on a visa. Once the application is filed, your stay remains legal while it is reviewed. It is best to agree your entry dates with us in advance.

Can my family apply at the same time?

Yes, we file the documents of your spouse, children and dependent parents together with yours. What matters is that the funds in your account cover the whole family under the program rules and that proof of family ties has an apostille and sworn translation.

What does tracking the case include?

We monitor the status, receive and review UGE requests and help you prepare answers quickly. After approval we explain how to book fingerprints and collect your TIE card, and help with that stage too if needed.

Do you guarantee the result?

No. Decisions are made by government agencies, consulates and banks. We are responsible for preparing and checking documents, filing and support, and we tell you about the risks upfront.
