Payments don't go through, the bank wants documents within three days, or it refused to open an account with no explanation. First we find out who imposed the restriction and on what grounds, then we prepare the answer and close the requirements.
A bank account frozen in Kazakhstan can be the work of several different bodies. The State Revenue Committee (KGD) can suspend outgoing payments by order if a company ignored a tax notice, did not allow a site inspection or registered for VAT too late. The bank can stop transactions and request documents under the anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) law. The Financial Monitoring Agency (AFM) can suspend a transaction for up to 3 business days. Who imposed the restriction determines where and how to respond in the next few days.
We start the review as soon as you contact us. We look at the bank's notice, the tax account and notices in the taxpayer portal, and check for a KGD order. Then we prepare explanations and documents for the bank, or fulfill what the tax authority requires and apply to lift the order. The decision stays with the bank or the state body; we are responsible for a complete answer delivered on time.
We start the review as soon as you contact us; how long it takes to lift a restriction depends on the bank or the state body.
Timelines are approximate: government agencies, consulates and banks set them.
Our service fee is on request. Government fees, translations, insurance and other mandatory costs are paid separately; we send the full estimate before you sign.
There are usually three possible reasons: a KGD order suspending outgoing payments, a bank decision under the AML/CFT law, or a transaction suspended by the AFM. To remove the restriction, you first need to know who imposed it and on what grounds. We establish that from the bank's notice and your taxpayer portal.
It is a ban on debiting money from your account, imposed by a KGD order. Incoming payments still come through. The order is lifted once the company fixes the violation: responds to the notice, registers for VAT or confirms its address.
It is the bank's unit that checks clients and transactions under the AML/CFT law. It may request documents and explanations for any transaction and must refuse if it can't identify the beneficial owner or the purpose of the transaction.
A bank may refuse under the payments law, the AML/CFT law and the Tax Code, including for an LLP registered online through egov. Most often the bank lacks information about the beneficial owners, the source of funds or the nature of the business.
Since April 19, 2026, the contract registration number must appear in the payment order, and a payment with incorrect details is held. An unidentified incoming payment is returned after 180 days, so the details are worth checking right away.
Refusing an inspection or ignoring a notice is a ground to suspend outgoing payments. To get out of this status, you need to visit the tax office with an explanation and a document confirming your right to the premises. We prepare both.
No. Decisions are made by government agencies, consulates and banks. We are responsible for preparing and checking documents, filing and support, and we tell you about the risks upfront.
We will check whether the program fits your citizenship, income and family, and send an estimate with the full list of costs.
