We form an LLC or a corporation in Delaware or Wyoming for owners who live outside the United States. We help you get an EIN without an SSN, choose a bank that works with your country of residence and stay on top of your filings.
A US LLC for non-residents makes sense when your clients pay in dollars, you need Stripe, or investors want a US structure. Forming an LLC usually takes 1–3 business days and is done remotely. You can get an EIN tax number without an SSN by filing Form SS-4, although this step takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. An LLC suits a business with one or two owners, while a Delaware C-Corp is the usual choice for venture funding. Delaware charges $110 to form an LLC, and from 2026 the annual Delaware LLC tax is $400.
The main questions start after formation. A foreign owner of a single-member LLC files Form 5472 with a pro forma Form 1120 by April 15, and the penalty for not filing is $25,000. Which banks and payment services are open to you depends on the country where you live. If you also run a company in Kazakhstan, we can link it to the US entity with a proper contract and track the return of revenue.
Formation, the EIN and an online bank account are handled remotely. Which banks and whether Stripe are available depends on the owner's citizenship and country of residence.
Formation usually takes 1–3 business days; the EIN takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
Timelines are approximate: government agencies, consulates and banks set them.
Our service fee is from $1,500. Government fees, translations, insurance and other mandatory costs are paid separately; we send the full estimate before you sign.
Yes. You don't need US citizenship or an SSN: the company is formed through a registered agent, and the EIN is obtained with Form SS-4 as a foreign applicant. The restriction applies to people located in Russia, because US providers may not form or service companies for them. The US has no such general ban for Belarus, but some banks and fintechs don't accept owners who live there.
An LLC is simpler and cheaper to maintain and suits a small business with one or two owners. A Delaware C-Corp is the usual choice if you plan to raise venture capital, since investors and accelerators are used to it. A C-Corp pays franchise tax and files an annual report by March 1.
Delaware is familiar to investors and banks, but its annual LLC tax is $400 from 2026. Wyoming is cheaper to start with because formation costs less there. The choice depends on whether you need investors and where your clients are.
It depends on the owner's country of residence and on the bank's rules for the business address. Some fintechs don't accept a registered agent's address as the company address. We pick a bank whose conditions you can meet. The bank makes the final decision on opening the account.
As a rule, yes. A foreign-owned single-member LLC files Form 5472 with a pro forma Form 1120 by April 15, even with no revenue, and the penalty for not filing is $25,000. We put this deadline on your calendar and remind you in advance. Since March 2025, companies formed in the US no longer file beneficial ownership (BOI) reports with FinCEN.
Through a contract between the LLC and the Kazakhstan company. For the Kazakhstan side this is an export of services: a contract above $50,000 needs a registration number, and the revenue must come back on time. We draft the contract and track the repatriation deadlines.
No. Decisions are made by government agencies, consulates and banks. We are responsible for preparing and checking documents, filing and support, and we tell you about the risks upfront.
We will check whether the program fits your citizenship, income and family, and send an estimate with the full list of costs.
