We arrange Arabic legal translation by translators whose work UAE authorities accept. Contracts, powers of attorney, certificates and company documents, and translations from Arabic as well.
Arabic is the official language of the UAE, and many authorities accept documents only in Arabic. Courts, notaries, some government bodies and company registrars require an Arabic legal translation by a licensed legal translator; a regular translation with an agency stamp will not do. A mistake in the terms or in a name in a contract or power of attorney can cost more than the translation itself, so the details matter from the first page.
We arrange the translation with certified translators and first confirm where the document is going. Some free zones and banks work in English and do not need an Arabic version at all. If the document is foreign, we check whether it has been legalized: as a rule, the legalized document is what gets translated.
Usually a few business days for short personal documents; contracts and company packages depend on the volume.
Timelines are approximate: government agencies, consulates and banks set them.
Our service fee is on request. Government fees, translations, insurance and other mandatory costs are paid separately; we send the full estimate before you sign.
For courts, notaries and many government bodies, only a legal translator licensed by the UAE authorities. We arrange translations with such specialists, so the status of the translation does not become an issue when you file it.
It depends on the jurisdiction. Many free zones work in English and do not require Arabic. For mainland companies and for some government bodies, part of the documents must be in Arabic. We check the requirements before starting.
Usually not. The document is legalized and attested first, and then translated together with all its stamps. If you translate it earlier, the translation may lack the required stamps and will have to be done again.
