Singapore Company Registration (Your Own Resident Director)

A basic incorporation package for founders who already have a director who ordinarily lives in Singapore. We register the company with ACRA, prepare the constitution, provide a company secretary for the first year and handle annual filings.

Singapore company registration is simpler when someone on your team already lives in Singapore and can serve as the local director. In that case you don't need a costly nominee director package. A basic setup is enough: the ACRA filing with government fees paid, the company constitution, a company secretary for the first year and the annual filings. If you have no office in Singapore, we can add a registered address.

The whole registration can be done remotely. A Singapore company secretary is more than a formality: the secretary tracks annual filing deadlines, keeps the corporate registers and prepares resolutions. Missed deadlines lead to penalties, so the secretary and annual filings are part of the package from day one. After registration we tell you what a bank will ask for: company documents, a description of the business and information on the owners.

Registration can be done fully remotely.

FAQ

How much does it cost?

Our service fee is from $400. Government fees, translations, insurance and other mandatory costs are paid separately; we send the full estimate before you sign.

Who can be a resident director for Singapore company registration?

Someone who ordinarily lives in Singapore: a citizen, a permanent resident or a foreigner with a suitable work pass. If you don't have such a person, our package for foreign founders with a nominee resident director is the better fit.

Can I register a Singapore company remotely?

Yes. Singapore company registration can be done entirely remotely, and documents are signed electronically. You don't need to travel to Singapore to incorporate; the shareholders and directors only need to provide their documents and pass KYC checks.

Why does a Singapore company need a company secretary?

The law requires every company to appoint one. The secretary keeps the registers, prepares resolutions and watches the annual filing deadlines. In this package a secretary is provided for the first year.

Do I have to use your address?

No. If your company already has its own address in Singapore, we use it for the registration. Our registered address is an optional add-on for companies that have no office in Singapore, and you can switch to your own address later.

What do the annual filings include?

The annual return to ACRA and the related corporate documents, prepared on time so the company avoids penalties. Tax returns and bookkeeping are not automatically included: they are discussed separately, depending on your turnover and the kind of business you run.

How is this different from the package with a nominee director?

Here you supply the resident director yourself, so the service covers registration, the constitution, the secretary, annual filings and an optional address. In the foreign founder package, a resident director is provided by a registered corporate service provider, and that service is paid for again every year.

Do you guarantee the result?

No. Decisions are made by government agencies, consulates and banks. We are responsible for preparing and checking documents, filing and support, and we tell you about the risks upfront.
