Start Package: Your Company in Kazakhstan in One Go

For foreign founders who need a working company in Kazakhstan, not just a registration certificate. The LLP, the founder's documents, the address, the bank account and the bookkeeping come in one package with one manager.

EntrepreneursAgencies and IT companies

It is not hard to open a company in Kazakhstan as a foreigner if you know the order of steps in advance. Problems usually appear at the handoffs: you get an IIN and the bank asks for a different document; the LLP is registered and the tax regime turns out to be unavailable; the first report is missed because there was no accountant yet. The Start package removes these gaps. One manager runs the whole chain from the brief to the first filed report and tells you from the start which steps need you in person and which can be done without you.

The package is designed for founders from China, the UAE, Europe and other countries. We put it together for your situation: whether the founder is an individual or a foreign company, whether you need a foreign currency contract, and how many employees you will have. If part of the work is already done, for example you already have an IIN, we take on only what is missing.

Who it is for

  • Foreign entrepreneurs entering the Kazakh market who want to get everything done in one trip
  • Citizens of EAEU countries with a business-immigrant temporary residence permit or a Kazakh residence permit
  • Founders from countries outside the EAEU with a C5 visa
  • Foreign companies opening a subsidiary LLP
  • IT teams and agencies that need a Kazakh bank account and bookkeeping from the first month

Requirements

  • A foreign individual founds an LLP with a business-immigrant temporary residence permit (for EAEU citizens) or a C5 visa; holders of a Kazakh residence permit need neither
  • A non-resident founder's IIN and digital signature (EDS) are obtained in person; they cannot be issued by power of attorney or through a consulate
  • A registered address in Kazakhstan with the owner's consent
  • If a foreign company owns more than 25% of the LLP, only the general tax regime is available
  • For the account, the bank checks the founders, beneficial owners and the business description

What we do

  • Run a brief: founders' citizenship, shares, type of activity and the banks you need
  • Choose the tax regime and activity code (OKED) before registration
  • Prepare documents for the visit to a Public Service Center for the IIN and digital signature
  • Provide a registered address and register the LLP
  • Pick a bank that fits the company's structure and prepare the pack for its checks
  • Set up bookkeeping from the first month: taxes, payroll and foreign currency contracts

Key documents

  • Passport of the founder and the director
  • Temporary residence permit, C5 visa or Kazakh residence permit, for an individual founder
  • Documents of the foreign company with an apostille and translation, if the founder is a company
  • Description of the business and planned clients, for the bank
  • Contracts or draft contracts with counterparties, if there will be foreign currency transactions

How it works

  1. Brief and structurewe look at the founders, the foreign company's share and the activity, and choose the tax regime
  2. IIN and digital signaturewe prepare the documents so that one visit to a Public Service Center is enough
  3. Address and registrationa registered address with the owner's consent and the filing to register the LLP
  4. Bank accountchoosing a bank and preparing the pack for its checks
  5. Bookkeepingaccounting from the first month so the first reporting deadlines are not missed

What to watch out for

  • Without a temporary residence permit, a C5 visa or a residence permit, a foreign individual cannot become an LLP founder; the status is arranged separately and in advance
  • A subsidiary of a foreign legal entity with a share above 25% cannot use the simplified tax regime
  • In some cases the registration authority calls the founder in person, and we build this into the travel plan
  • The bank decides on the account; some banks open accounts remotely, others ask the director to visit

FAQ

How much does it cost?

Our service fee is on request. Government fees, translations, insurance and other mandatory costs are paid separately; we send the full estimate before you sign.

How is the package different from a standard LLP registration?

Registration ends with a certificate and a BIN. With the package, we bring the company to working order: address, bank account, tax registration and bookkeeping from the first month. One manager runs everything, so you do not have to coordinate different specialists yourself.

How many times will I need to come to Kazakhstan?

Usually once. We prepare the documents for the Public Service Center and the bank in advance, so the IIN, digital signature and bank visit fit into a single trip. If the registration authority or the bank asks for your presence again, we tell you right away.

Can the LLP open a bank account if the director is a non-resident?

Yes. Some Kazakh banks open such accounts, including remotely, if the company has no account freezes or debts. We pick a bank that fits your structure and prepare the documents for its checks.

Can I order only part of the package?

Yes. The address, registration, bank account and bookkeeping can be ordered separately. It is easier to run them together, because the manager sees the whole picture and does not lose deadlines between stages.

What do I need to open a company in Kazakhstan as a foreigner?

A foreign individual needs a business-immigrant temporary residence permit (for EAEU citizens), a C5 business-immigrant visa, or a Kazakh residence permit. The status is arranged before the LLP is registered. While it is in progress, we choose the tax regime, the address and the bank so the company can be registered soon after the status is granted.

Do you guarantee the result?

No. Decisions are made by government agencies, consulates and banks. We are responsible for preparing and checking documents, filing and support, and we tell you about the risks upfront.
